  • Your health, wellness, and peace of mind are paramount when you visit Spa Catawba. Read below to learn about the necessary precautions and extra steps we are taking to ensure the well-being of our guests and staff.Our number one priority is the well-being of our guests and employees. Throughout the facility, we have enhanced our already rigorous cleaning practices and protocols. With increased frequency, diligence, and great attention to detail, our management and staff will be consistently cleaning the building; especially frequently touched surfaces, such as door handles, public bathrooms, etc. We will use superior high-grade cleaning products with a higher concentration of sanitization and bacteria-killing ingredients. You will also find hand sanitizer in all public areas; we encourage you to use it.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

  • For your comfort and relaxation, we recommend you arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your treatment time. This allows time for you change into your robe, and relax in our relaxation room.

WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

  • Arriving late will simply shorten the time for your treatment, thus limiting your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

WHAT DO I WEAR DURING MY TREATMENT?

  • Spa guests will change into a spa robe and slippers upon arrival and check-in. Most treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, please disrobe to your comfort level. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on.

  • We realize that sometimes plans change and life happens. Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full service amount.

WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL HEALTH CONCERNS?

  • If you have high blood pressure, allergies, or any other physical ailments or disabilities, please notify us when booking.

CAN I BRING MY CELL PHONE?

  • ​While there are a few services that should be avoided during your pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify us if you are pregnant, so we may guide you in the right direction.

  • To preserve our tranquil atmosphere, and as a courtesy to other guests, we request that all cellular phones be silenced prior to entering Spa Catawba. For the privacy of our guests, any use of camera device is strictly prohibited in the locker room area.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE?

  • Guests under 16 are not permitted in our facility. Guests who are 16-18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Identification may be required.

IS IT REALLY IMPORTANT TO DRINK WATER AFTER A TREATMENT?

  • Yes, it is important to stay well hydrated before and especially after a spa treatment. Most treatments trigger improved circulation and stimulate waste removal from the body. Water can aid in this process and will help alleviate any inflammation, especially after massage therapies. Water will also help restore your energy after spa treatments.
