Classes

As part of the wellness program at Spa Catawba, we are excited to offer a variety of group classes which support our mission of transforming wellness on the North coast. Each class provides unique activities all designed to restore your mind, body and spirit. Our goal is to help you stay active through a variety of exercises, each designed to improve muscular strength, range of movement and functional fitness to enhance your daily living. Each class offers you something different, try one or try them all. Group classes provide an opportunity of camaraderie and community support through physical movement and mental wellbeing.

Class props are not provided, you will need to bring your own items with you. Items you may want to bring include; water, towel and light weights (for the fitness classes). For yoga classes you will need a yoga mat and any other items you may desire such as straps, blocks, blankets, etc.

We encourage all participants to consult with a physician prior to participation in any of the classes offered by Spa Catawba.
